Buying a home with Mindy was our best experience yet (in purchasing a home)! Having recently moved to AZ from CA we met Mindy at an open house where she was super friendly and informative about how AZ differs from CA and what areas we should (and should not) look in. I never once felt like she was trying to sell me on using her as our agent she was just being professional, sharing her knowledge/experiences, and above all being so kind. We had been considering using someone else before this interaction with Mindy and we just kept coming back to how we felt that day talking to Mindy and decided that we wanted to go with her. She is a professional, knowledgeable, and takes the apprehension out of the picture when I sold my home. Her knowledge and experience was outstanding! She told me exactly what would happen and was very close to the time I would sell my home! For example there are two homes for sale just two houses down and they still haven't sold as of 5-29-17 and they were up for sale before I put mine up for sale.
